My most comprehensive package; I completed my Doula training with Kaz Woodbury using the ‘Continuum Doula’ model, which emphasises the importance of continuity of care. We will use our time together to build a strong and trusting relationship, discuss all the options available to you in each stage of your childbirth journey, and explore the evidence together to come up with a robust - yet flexible - set of intentions and preferences to make you feel confident in your choices.

**This package includes 6 antenatal & 6 postnatal visits**

• I will go on call from 37 weeks until your baby is delivered (if labour happens before this time I will do everything within my power to be there!), and I will stay with you during labour until you and baby are comfortably settled and getting to know each other.

• I will support you with whatever birth choices you make, and I have experience supporting in both hospital and home birthing environments.

• I only take one birth client at a time, meaning that I will devote all my energy to you and your family during this period, and I always have a back up doula.

• During the early postnatal days I will provide physical, emotional, and practical support as you get to know your new baby.

• I will be available on WhatsApp/email to you and any birth partner throughout the period that we work together, in order to answer any queries you may have and share resources and research.

  For this package I ask for £2,500 - this covers the depth and commitment in the service I provide, all travel time, time on call, etc. This is payable in instalments to suit you

I am passionate about nurturing new parents! As your Postnatal Doula I will provide practical, emotional, and physical support in those crucial early days after birth. This will all be tailored to you and your baby’s individual needs, and together we can explore what works best for you both in terms of feeding, sleeping, and soothing. I will be here to support you as you get to know your new baby and help you to feel confident in trusting your own intuition.

**My postnatal support is available in both ad hoc or block bookings**

• I can assist with light housework, preparing nourishing, nutritious meals (inspired by Ayurvedic postnatal restorative recipes), tending to baby while you get a well deserved rest, going out for a walk together, or simply holding space for you to process whatever is needed.

• Whether you have questions about breastfeeding, newborn care, or postnatal recovery, I am here to offer guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance as you transition into life with your new baby.

• I offer postnatal support starting at any point during the first 12 weeks of your baby’s life.

• If you are considering postnatal doula support during your pregnancy, I try to organise one or two meetings before birth so that we can get comfortable with each other and make some preparations. I will then see you as soon as you are ready after birth, either at home or at the hospital according to your needs.

  For this service I ask for £25 an hour, or

• £220 for 10 hour package

• £450 for 20 hour package

**minimum of 2 hours per visit**
